Hey ho hop web heads, more news from yeast central about the price of malt in china.
Welcome, welcome, welcome to 2005 there's sooo many things going on this year. So please keep reading and drinking beer.
We should have our kitchen up and running mid Feb (with a smoke-free dinning/drinking area) with a small tapas menu supplied by Bebida Café on Smith St.
Also we are looking into starting an on line bottle shoppe, so that no matter where you are you can still get yourself some of the more exotic flavours of beer stocked here at the LGB.
Wheel of Beer will be back as soon as we sort out a few details (prospective date Tues. 1st Mar 05). It will probably unfortunately include a price rise and perhaps a slight change to the format, but have no fear, it will be just as fun as it ever was.
Hopefully there's a new Ad running on PBS radio (the old one was getting a little tired.
There are quite a few new beers in the fridge this month, Merc's Own Peach Ale is a new local brew from Paul Mercurio, of 'Strictly Ballroom' fame, and yes girls he will drop by to talk about his brew.
Alright cyber readers that's all I can think of for the moment but stay tuned and I shall attempt to let you know of all the stuff going on here at the LGB.
