Feedback November 2004
Yesterday was a beautiful warm Melbourne day. I went to the Lambsgo Bar in the afternoon and there was Natural Blonde on guest tap. Perfect. Thanks Marc and Greg and co :)
Greg, "sessional" beers is what I was looking for. Thanks for the tips and pricing, but I prefer to hang off a bar than sit at the kitchen table looking out my window at the brick wall. The beer don't taste as good without the company of cheering strangers and the thud thud thud of your wheel of many beers.
The new doors to the beer garden are excellent!
I'd like everyone reading these little bits and pieces to know that jc and ag, who are responsible for all the pages and lay out and everything, just are fantastic. without thier help you would probably not be reading this or be able to have your say. a big CHEERS to jc and ag.
Dear lambs go bar
I recently tried a lovely beer called Purple Haze it is a wheat beer with raspberry puree added - http://www.abita.com/brew/purplehaze.html - maybe you guys could add it to your fridge?
Or do you know of something similar that is available here
What a party.
Marc and Greg both looked so fine
We had some beer, champagne and wine
Then all the DJs lined up to play
And suddenly it's the next day.
Ouch, I mean, goodmorning :)
Dear zennie,
I've never heard of this Purple Haze beer, where did you try it?, unfortunately there are many beers out there that are great and we can't really stock them all, but if possible i try to stock things that are interesting, i like the sound of Purple Haze.
We currently stock two raspberry beers, Belle vue Frambois from Belgium and Raspberry Ale from the Jamieson Brewery in Victoria, i'm a fan of both of them.
